For account-specific issues, include the email on your account so we can find it quickly. Never send your API key in an email; rotate it from Settings if you think it is exposed.

If you are an account holder who wants to access, export, or delete your data, or an individual whose business contact details were processed through a lookup and you want them corrected or removed, email omar@potarix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
